What is a character?

A character is an original figure you create once and reuse. You describe it, give it a name, pick a signature style, and save it. From then on you can generate that same character in new moods and scenes while it keeps its recognizable shape, colors, and accessories. This is different from a one-off emoji, which is generated from a single prompt and is not saved as a reusable identity.

How do I create a character?

Open the Characters tab and tap Create My Character or an empty character slot. Enter a name and a description — for example, “Starry, a joyful yellow star with purple headphones.” Choose a signature style (Glow, Plush, Clay, Neon, or Doodle) and generate. If the first result isn't right, redo it before saving. When you're happy, tap Keep as my Character.

Describe the traits that matter most — body shape, main colors, and one or two distinctive accessories. Those are what carry across future generations.

How do I create a new mood for a saved character?

Open the character from the Characters tab, then either pick a ready-made mood or type a new moment. Glowmoji generates the same character in that expression or scene. Each result can be saved, shared, or added to the character's pack.

Why does my character look slightly different between generations?

AI generation is probabilistic, so some variation is expected. Glowmoji is designed to preserve your character's recognizable traits, not to produce a pixel-identical copy. For more consistent results, keep the original character description focused on a few strong visual anchors, and keep new mood prompts about the expression or scene rather than about changing the character's design.

How many characters can I keep?

A free user can create their first character. Glowmoji Pro allows up to three saved characters, and you can switch between them when creating new moments.

What is a character pack?

Every saved character has its own growing sticker pack. Each new moment you save is added to that character's pack, which you can open in iMessage or export to WhatsApp as a set.

How do I create a one-off emoji?

The Create tab still works exactly as before. Enter a clear description, choose a style, and tap Create. Describe the expression, colors, accessories, and mood you want for a more specific result. You can also use Surprise Me or start from a trending idea. One-off creations go to your Library and My Pack, and are not saved as reusable characters.

Why does the result look different from my prompt?

AI generation is probabilistic, so results can vary. Try a shorter, more concrete prompt, identify the most important visual details, choose another style, or create another version.

How do I save or share a creation?

Open the generated emoji and tap Share. You can copy the transparent sticker, save it to Photos, open iMessage, or copy it before opening another supported messaging app. My Pack and any character's pack can also be opened in iMessage or exported to WhatsApp. Saving to Photos may require add-only Photos permission.

Why did generation fail?

Check your internet connection and try again. A request may also be blocked because it violates safety rules or the service is temporarily busy. A generation credit is returned after Glowmoji confirms a failed job. If the problem continues, send us the App version and a description of the request without confidential information.

What does Glowmoji Pro include?

Glowmoji Pro unlocks up to three saved characters, unlimited generations, all available styles, HD exports, no watermark, and priority generation.

Plans are $3.99 per week or $39.99 per year, and the yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region. Current localized pricing is always shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open Glowmoji Pro or Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Apple Account subscription settings, select Glowmoji, and choose Cancel Subscription. Deleting the App or your Glowmoji data does not cancel a subscription.

What happens to my characters if Pro ends?

Your saved characters and their packs stay in the App. Creating new moments and keeping more than one character require an active Glowmoji Pro subscription.

How do I delete a character?

Open the character's detail screen and choose Delete. Removing a character also removes its pack. Stickers you already saved to Photos or sent to another app must be deleted from those destinations separately.

How do I delete my Glowmoji data?

In the App, open Settings → Delete my data, review what will be removed, and confirm. This includes your saved characters and their packs. If an emoji is still being generated, wait for it to finish and try again. Images already saved to Photos or sent to another app must be deleted from those destinations separately. How do I report unsafe or infringing content?

Open Settings and tap Report content, or email support@glowmoji.co with enough detail for us to investigate. Do not forward illegal material; explain what occurred and where it appeared.
